The Intelligent Shaping™ user interface is designed to guide users through the choices affecting fit with real-time pattern and fit data updates.

Every design decision is also a fit decision, from fabric properties to underlayer thickness to desired ease amounts. The user controls, and updates fit in response to a fit error display and real-time block visualization. Automated shaping algorithms may be utilized or overridden for real-time design-for-body-shape, point of origin, and critical fit assessment. In this manner, heuristic design decisions are tracked and translated to engineered fit parameters, and the user is aware of fit decisions before sampling. Current digital environments offer ease offset and heat map data with no direct correlation to product pattern geometry. 

Intelligent Shaping’s™ fit feedback directly correlates with pattern geometry, allowing fit to be corrected at the point of origin, at the block pattern, and before sampling.
